The Menu directory contains all the goods and services that are available for sale to customers. Only items from the Menu are available on POS terminals for sale. The system enables a single catalogue of menu items to be maintained for a small cafe and an organisation with multiple departments. The same structure provides a single menu for multiple outlets grouped in a chain.
